A Bit about Quality...

Ken LaCoy is an expert at not only the artistry involved in unique home building, but the basics of engineering and physics needed to complete a safe and sound structure.

He works in conventional frame construction, specializing in log, and working with timber frame as well. Ken works hard to build the most energy efficient homes possible by incorporating new technology, like geothermal heating systems, into the homes he builds. 

Ken is adamant when it comes to the quality of the structures that his name is associated with. Ken is "hands on", insuring from start to finish that your home, built by his company and crew, is flawless. He is acting president of the Northland Area Builders Association, trying to instill that same mindset to other builders and sub-contractors. Setting the example, Ken expects and demands quality services from his employees, and the various craftsmen he hires to work on his projects.
